1. Parties

These terms apply between Next Station Istanbul ("the service provider") and any person using the site or making a booking ("the user"). By using the site you accept these terms.

2. Scope of Service

Our service is limited to airport transfers and intra-city VIP transfers within the borders of Istanbul. We do not provide intercity transfers, chauffeur rentals or self-drive car rental.

3. Booking

Bookings are made via the homepage form or WhatsApp
A binding contract is formed once a booking confirmation is sent via WhatsApp
The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided (flight no, phone, drop-off address)
Delays or missed meetings caused by incomplete information are the customer's responsibility

4. Pricing

The price quoted at booking is fixed; no surcharge is added for traffic, night arrival or luggage count
VAT and all bridge/highway tolls are included
Waiting time up to 60 minutes is free; beyond that an hourly surcharge applies

5. Payment

We do not accept online payments
The fare is paid to the driver at the end of the ride in cash (EUR / TRY) or by card
For invoiced bookings please mention it at the time of booking

6. Cancellation and Changes

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for delays beyond the driver's control (traffic, road accidents, weather, terror/security checks)
We are not liable for missed flights, events or similar damages caused by the customer's late arrival
Our financial liability is limited to at most twice the transfer fare
Traffic insurance and personal accident insurance are in place

8. Passenger Obligations

Smoking and consumption of alcohol are prohibited in the vehicle
The customer is liable for any damage caused to the vehicle
Carrying illegal substances is strictly forbidden

9. Copyright and Trademark

The contents of the site (text, images, logo, brand name) belong to Next Station Istanbul and may not be used without permission.

10. Governing Law

Disputes arising from this contract are subject to the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices. The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply.
